When not working, Dee loves all things art, silly TV and being the proud caregiver of the world’s best dog Savannah “Chappy’ Chapelle.

Andrea works behind the scenes at Douglas Psychotherapy Group but is one of the most important members of our team. She has worked in the medical billing field for 25 years and has spent the last 18 years running a business of her own. She has a husband and three sons who keep her on her toes with the help of two dogs and two cats. When not working, she loves painting, reading, helping people, traveling and dreams of a move to the country.
Following a long and rewarding career in Finance, Rael wasn’t quite ready to retire. 30 years active in mental health advocacy she’s inspired by the opportunity to incorporate her passion for health & wellness and knack for organization into her everyday life. Whether it’s helping with scheduling when needed or responding to clients inquiries through Psychology Today and Good Therapy, her desire is to see everyone achieve their optimum mental health. In her spare time Rael enjoys volunteering for local community organizations and spending time with her husband of 25 years and their 4 dogs & 1 cat.
Lauren Ridley Williams
Lauren received her Bachelors in Criminal Justice degree in 2015 and began working in the social work and emergency response field shortly after. She has an extensive background in child protection services, customer service and crisis management. Lauren has a passion for helping people find and receive the help they need so they can become healthier for themselves, as well as their family. When not working, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, two stepsons, and her two rescue dogs.

I have over 10+ years in the medical field. I have held various positions throughout the years whether it be in the corporate world setting or working for a nonprofit organization. In doing so this has allowed me to gain all of my experience and knowledge I possess today. My expertise however, is primarily in the medical insurance field. It brings me great joy to assist patients in any way possible by caring and listening to their needs. Healthcare is my absolute passion. In my spare time I love to vacation, travel, and spend as much quality time with my two wonderful children Alliyah and Charleston Jr. who bring me so much joy.
Tami has demonstrated many years of success in the field of medical billing management. I am also a certified Life Coach. I have two beautiful daughters and a cat named Chloe. When I’m not working I love going to sporting events and traveling.
I have ten plus years of experience of the revenue cycle from beginning to end. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Math Education. Although I no longer teach, I enjoy helping others learn by tutoring. My husband and I have four children, two dogs, and a turtle. In my spare time, I enjoy attending church, baking, crafting, traveling and all things sports.

Kristina has worked in the finance industry for ten plus years with a professional banking team. She delivered world class customer service while explaining and tailoring custom banking products to meet professionals and non-professions needs. In Kristina’s spare time she enjoys her husband and four young children. Kristina and her family enjoy weekends camping at the lake and anything outdoors. Kristina also has a love for dance and donates her time teaching dance at a nonprofit organization she created for the youth in her community.
Anna has produced a career in customer service management and insurance spanning 15+ years. Her primary goal is to help clients solve any possible problems and questions pertaining to their insurance billing.
