Dee has been an administrator for… a long time— organization, scheduling and helping people connect to the tools that will help them are her jam. Dee is pretty sure we are saving the world by attending to our mental health so getting you set-up with an appointment is done with joy and compassion. When not working, Dee loves all things art, silly TV and being the proud caregiver of the world’s best dog Savannah “Chappy’ Chapelle.
Andrea works behind the scenes at Douglas Psychotherapy Group but is one of the most important members of our team. She has worked in the medical billing field for 25 years and has spent the last 18 years running a business of her own. She has a husband and three sons who keep her on her toes with the help of two dogs and two cats. When not working, she loves painting, reading, helping people, traveling and dreams of a move to the country.

Following a long and rewarding career in Finance, Rael wasn’t quite ready to retire. 30 years active in mental health advocacy she’s inspired by the opportunity to incorporate her passion for health & wellness and knack for organization into her everyday life. Whether it’s helping with scheduling when needed or responding to clients inquiries through Psychology Today and Good Therapy, her desire is to see everyone achieve their optimum mental health. In her spare time Rael enjoys volunteering for local community organizations and spending time with her husband of 25 years and their 4 dogs & 1 cat.

Outside of work, Tami enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and 3 dogs. She loves nice long walks and she absolutely loves Summer time.
Hi, I’m Michelle! I have an Associates Degree in Psychology and Business Management. I have been working in medical billing and coding and insurance for the past 16 years. I am also a certified Life Coach. I have two beautiful daughters and a cat named Chloe. When I’m not working I love going to sporting events and traveling.
I have ten plus years of experience of the revenue cycle from beginning to end. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Math Education. Although I no longer teach, I enjoy helping others learn by tutoring. My husband and I have four children, two dogs, and a turtle. In my spare time, I enjoy attending church, baking, crafting, traveling and all things sports.
I bring 19 years of medical billing experience to the table. I have worked in many complex systems to get claims resolution for the client. I am very knowledgeable with each insurance company and will take on each challenge as it arises
If I had spare time I enjoy reading, working in my garden and quilting. I have been happily married to my husband for 20 years and have 3 children.
